PRAYER FOR THE ELECTION - AUGUST 19

On August 21st our nation will go to the polls and elect its government. On August 19th we are gathering together at PCLC for an evening of prayer and worship asking God to establish righteous government in our nation. We are encouraging fasting on the 19th as a way to prepare our hearts. It is an open event and anyone who feels stirred to pray for the election is welcome.

MEN PRAY

'Men Pray' - the men of New Life pray and eat together on certain Saturdays throughout the year as we celebrate God's appointed feasts (see Deut 16:16). Stay tuned for the next one! Prayer @ 6:30-8am. Breakfast @ 8-9am.

GLOBAL BRIDEGROOM FAST

"How can the guests of the bridegroom mourn while he is with them? The time will come when the bridegroom will be taken from them; then they will fast" (Matt 9:15).

The Global Bridegroom Fast takes place on the first Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of each month. This is a call for believers around the world to engage in dedicated times of prayer and fasting, preparing the way for Christ's return. The GBF is not just an event but a lifestyle in the grace of God, motivated by our love for the Bridegroom God.
